Welcome to the Southwest New Mexico Chapter of NACHI
This Chapter was formed on July 16, 2010 to create a consistent base of operations to utilize the NACHI educational network, make it readily available to all inspectors in the area, and to advance the education and services offered by all Inspectors and related business in our field in Ruidoso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Alamogordo and the surrounding area.
Our goal in the next year is to have quarterly meetings to generate more interest in the community, and to educate the home buyers and sellers out there how important it is to have their investment Inspected by a Certified Home Inspector from INACHI.
With the quality of training INACHI offers, our Standards of Practice, and our ongoing integrity to maintain the High Quality of the services we offer, we can make a difference in how Inspectors are viewed by the home buyers and real estate agents in our area, The INACHI Way!
